Frequently asked questions
How much cash can be insured in the safe?
The limit depends on the insurer, the safe type and the security at your premises. Tell us the most cash you usually hold and we will request a matching limit.
Is theft by employees covered?
Some policies add cashier dishonesty. Wider employee fraud usually needs a fidelity guarantee policy, and we explain the difference.
Do I need a security company to carry cash?
Not always. The insurer may require two staff or an escort above a set amount per trip, and we explain the conditions before the policy is issued.
