About these terms
This website is run by Al Bayan Insurance Broker, an insurance broker in Doha. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information only, not an offer
The information on this website, including product descriptions, what is and is not covered, the FAQs and the assistant's answers, is general information. It is not an offer of insurance or a contract, and it is not advice based on your own situation.
The actual cover, its conditions and its exclusions are those in the policy issued by the insurer.
Quotes and policies
We are an insurance broker, not an insurer. The quotes we give you come from insurers licensed in Qatar that we approach for you, and are subject to the insurer's acceptance, its terms and how long the quote is valid.
Asking for a quote through the website, on WhatsApp or by phone does not commit you, us or any insurer. Cover starts only when the insurer accepts it and issues the policy on its terms.
The information you give us
The information you give us must be correct, complete and up to date. Wrong or missing information can affect the quotes, and can lead to a claim being declined or a policy being cancelled.
If you give us details about someone else, such as a driver, an employee or a joint policyholder, make sure they know and agree.
Using the website
You may use the website to read about insurance and to contact us. You must not:
- Use it for anything unlawful or misleading, or send information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Try to disrupt it, get round its security or reach parts of it that are not meant for you.
- Upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code.
- Copy its content in bulk by automated means.

The text, design, logo, graphics and photos on this website belong to Al Bayan Insurance Broker or are used under licence from their owners. You may view and print them for your own use, but you may not copy, publish or use them commercially without our written permission.
